If you eat food then you should read this!

If you have not already seen this, you should really watch it! It is not another documentary about mistreatment of animals. I know that it is just terrible how food producers do treat livestock, but this show sheds a light on the these huge manufacturers that have control over the food that reaches our table and what they will do (and will hide) to keep it there. I thought the USDA protected us but after watching this and researching more I know now that this is not the case. In fact I learned to my suprise that under current regulations, food recalls are voluntary, not mandatory!
